I just upgraded (1.3.beta1) and I do not see the tag field. Is there an option to activate somewhere ?

Hi @Matthieu,
As far as i know, the tag functionality is optional. You can install the official Discourse Tagging plugin easily by following install a plugin instructions.

Reading the official post from @codinghorror:

I have thought it was automatically included with the discourse 1.2 upgrade. Actually it just mean the plugin is stable.
