Description

By default, Discourse forces MP4 files to be downloaded when a video link is opened in your browser.
This plugin ensures MP4 uploads play directly in the browser by updating the MIME type to video/mp4 and the Content-Disposition to inline.

Preview (click to see the behavior):

• Without the plugin (forces download)

• With the plugin (plays in browser)

Configuration

No configuration necessary.

I’m not sure it will work if you use S3 for your files.
