Do pending users get a bulk invitation again?

If a user hasn’t accepted an invitation yet and gets invited again (via bulk invite), does he get another email?

Edit: And if he was assigned to a group first and in the second invitation to set of different groups, does this get updated?

If I’m not mistaken it went like this: A follow-up invite with different groups assigned triggered the first invite mail for pending users and assigned them to the groups that were set initially.

Sounds correct. That is exactly what is supposed to happen.
