Duplicate registration email issue

I have deployed a community using Discourse and configured the email settings with Tencent SMTP. However, I’ve encountered a tricky bug: whenever a new user registers on the forum, my platform keeps sending duplicate registration confirmation emails continuously (one user received over 1,600 duplicate emails within three days). How can I resolve this issue?

Just like this, duplicate emails are sent every few minutes, which can completely flood the user’s inbox.

Do you see an error in yourforumURL/logs?

There’s another topic we’re the mail service indicated that the mail has failed when in fact it was derived. As long as it’s marked as failed, discourse will try again.
