I’m afraid I haven’t used sendgrid, but do you need to verify your inbox, as the green message in the first screenshot indicates? I’ll add the universal Troubleshooting email on a new Discourse install link too, just in case you’ve not seen it yet. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi, I don’t think you read my post properly. The first screenshot was showing that my configuration works with a service called https://smtptester.kingofcode.com.br/ , however when using the same configuration with Discourse (as seen in screenshot 2), it doesn’t work.
