I’m receiving the above error notifications in my discourse dashboard, can anyone help me navigate a step-by-step of what I need to do to fix it?

Before we can give you any steps, please help us by letting us know what steps you have taken.

Did you check that your mail server settings are correct? Who is your mail server? Have you paid your bill? Can you log in there and see your settings? Is mail sending? Have you looked at Troubleshooting email on a new Discourse install for clues about mail problems?
