I have the impression that at least the timezone option ‘Etc/GMT+4’ is more likely ‘GMT-4’. I set it as the timezone in my profile and I would expect it to be almost midnight now. But when I set a bookmark reminder in one minute and open the modal again to edit the reminder, it says my reminder is at 3:55 pm. This seems to be GMT+4.
