Failed email jobs on one line install without SMTP?

I’m self hosted with the new one line install, and I recently got this notice about failed Sidekiq email jobs on the admin dashboard:

I did not configure SMTP per the one line install instructions at Self-Hosting Discourse Just Got a Whole Lot Easier. My installation has been up for about a month and this is the first time that I’ve seen this warning on the dashboard – is this anything I need to do anything about?

I got this message on my dashboard: There are 95 email jobs that failed. Check your app.yml and ensure that the mail server settings are correct.
