Discourse のアップグレードを促す際、以下のようなメッセージが表示されます。

おそらく、アップグレードを要求する 3 回に 1 回程度は、Docker のアップグレードも必要だと同時に表示されます。
Discourse イメージの古いバージョンを実行しています。
最新のイメージを実行するまで、Web UI 経由でのアップグレードは無効化されます。
そのためには、SSH を使用してサーバーにログインし、以下のコマンドを実行してください。
ただし、共有ホスティングプランを利用している場合、必ずしもこれが可能とは限りません。サーバーの再起動やサービスの再起動に必要な管理作業には時間がかかることがあります。
Docker をアップグレードしなくても Discourse をアップグレードできるようにしていただけると助かります。
Can you elaborate on your setup? A server restart should never be needed. If you’re using the standard install on a vps this shouldn’t be a problem.
You aren’t being asked to upgrade the docker runtime, it’s an upgrade to the discourse docker image.
