We need to limit Trust Level 1 to users who have written at least several messages on our forum. Right now, all TL1 conditions are based only on activity and time spent.

Can you describe your use case in more detail? Why is it not sufficient that the conditions for TL2 require posts? Is there something specific you want to prevent for users without posts to do?
