Minor one, but kind of annoying. When installing new theme component, I get offered some TCs:
I have already some of those, e.g. Sidebar Theme Toggle. It should tell such ones are installed, or hide totally. Now it let me install duplicates.

It seems to work fine for most of my components. But Sidebar theme toggle and Kanban are installed but not marked as such.

This was an intentional design choice. There are cases where admins want to install the same component with different configurations across multiple themes that users can choose from or for testing purpose.

I think I’d still expect a consistent result. Either all components should be offered for installation in “popular” even though they were installed before, or none of them should be. Right now, some are, while others are not, and it seems it’s also random which ones are and which are not.
@Jagster If you first scroll to the bottom of your list of components, then scroll up again and click the install button, is the sidebar theme toggle component detected correctly in that case?

No. But that might be an iPad/DiscourseHub question.
I count that an edge case, where a capable admin does non-usual customizations. I would expect that an ordinary functionality follows usual use, not testing, dev things or high end tune ups
