This. You have a DNS issue. Is this a standard install? Does it have sufficient access to the internet?

This is a standard install. I have defined a VIP discourse-xxx-xxx@xxx.fr and i use it as DNS.

I’m gonna check the access to Internet but it has downloaded previous images of discourse without issues … I’ll check this and let you know.

I you have any recommandation using a VIP don’t hesitate to tell me.

can you dig github.com @<ip of your DNS> from within Docker ?

If your server is in China or somewhere else with a firewalled access, it’s quite possible that access to various internet services will be unreliable.

Not in China but France. I think there is firewall access or restriction on internet request. I’ll figure this out. Thanks.

Problem is solved, it was a proxy configuration error.
