Formatting doesn't work in solved answer summary that's embedded in the original post

However, formatting is correctly applied when you expand the embedded solution:

Note: I tried testing this on the sandbox, but for some reason it didn’t show an option to mark my answer as solved.

I realized I can post the screenshot in a separate post:

What should the expected behavior be? It showing a possibly huge block of code or showing only a part of it big enough to not exceed the size of the unexpanded solution box? Both could sound like bad ux.
