It’s a site setting. Search for desktop category page style and choose “categories and latest topics”. And here you need to drag “categories” at the first place on the left (before “Latest”) to have the homepage with the categories [图片]

Easier to just run the setup wizard again at /wizard provided the user is logged in as admin.

No, it’s safe to rerun the setup wizard at any time.
