Il software che alimenta questo forum di discussione ha riscontrato un problema imprevisto. Ci scusiamo per l’inconveniente.

Non ottengo il log con il link Sitetor.com/logs. Questa è una normale pagina di errore 404.
Accesso alla pagina della modalità sicura OK, ma nessuna azione quando si sceglie:

  • Disabilita temi e componenti del tema
  • Disabilita personalizzazioni non ufficiali dei plugin lato client
  • Disabilita tutte le personalizzazioni dei plugin lato client

Ho messo ## prima di ogni riga che ottiene il plugin nel file app.yml. Solo per tornare indietro al plugin Docker manager.

E ho eseguito il comando launcher Rebuild app.
Ma senza effetto.
Ho riavviato il mio server Vultr dopo 1 ora, ma ho ancora lo stesso messaggio OPS.

Hmm. :thinking: Questo è un problema difficile. Non ci sono molti elementi su cui basarsi riguardo all’errore nella console del browser.

Mi chiedo se non riesci a vedere /logs perché non hai effettuato l’accesso. Potrebbe essere possibile utilizzare la pagina di accesso dell’amministratore per aggirare qualunque cosa stia succedendo e ottenere l’accesso ai log, se potessi provare (/u/admin-login).

È insolito che commentare i plugin non aiuti. Quando hai ricostruito in seguito, la ricostruzione ha avuto successo?

Grazie, successo.
Ieri ho ricostruito l’app OK, il mio forum OK. Successivamente ho ricevuto una notifica di aggiornamento nella pagina Admin, ho aggiornato tramite il sito web. Successivamente ho ricevuto il messaggio “Ops… …”
Quindi ho ricostruito di nuovo tramite la riga di comando. E ora c’è un errore.

Quell’errore “record non univoco” suggerisce che hai un indice corrotto. Dovrai trovare gli argomenti che spiegano come risolvere il problema (principalmente eliminare i tag duplicati).

Hai per caso dei tag sia in maiuscolo che in minuscolo? (come mytag e myTag)

Esiste un comando SSH per elencare i tag creati?
Tuttavia, anche se non riesco ad accedere alla homepage in una nuova scheda, fortunatamente il mio browser conserva ancora la vecchia scheda prima dell’aggiornamento e posso ancora caricare molti nuovi argomenti sulla homepage.

Puoi navigare alla pagina dei tag?

Ma dovrai risolvere il tuo problema con il database manualmente. Sarà più facile eliminare semplicemente le voci duplicate.

Penso che ci siano un paio di argomenti su come fare ciò in altri casi.

Penso che tu provi a ricostruire l’indice, trovi la cosa che causa il suo fallimento e poi la elimini e fai così finché non funziona.

Ho provato ad accedere alla pagina dei tag ma non ha funzionato. Si è verificato questo errore quando ho aggiornato. Perché il forum funziona ancora normalmente senza aggiornare? Come risolvere il tuo problema con il database manualmente? Sono un utente normale, non uno sviluppatore :frowning:

Non lo so. Forse qualcosa è cambiato e ora i tag non fanno distinzione tra maiuscole e minuscole? O forse è un bug.

Ma questo sembra avere a che fare con il fatto che i tag non sono in qualche modo univoci:

Poiché questo è un Theme component puoi disabilitarlo nella scheda componenti. Non sono sicuro che possa causare il problema poiché, per quanto ne so, si tratta di modifiche lato client. Questo componente in particolare altera solo l’aspetto dei tag. Non fa male però testarlo per escluderlo.

Dove il tuo database è lato server.

Se l’esecuzione in modalità provvisoria non funziona. Potrebbe essere necessario considerare la pubblicazione in Marketplace se non si ha familiarità/comfort con la ricostruzione manuale.

So da quello che ha detto @pfaffman che avrei bisogno di cercare aiuto in questa situazione.

Ho creato l’argomento Need to resolve my database problem by hand error with tags not being unique after upgrade forum e ho ricevuto supporto da @ itsbhanusharma ma ancora non riesco a trovare la causa.

Ho ripristinato il server Vultr che avevo sottoposto a backup nell’aprile 2024. Quindi ho ripristinato i dati di backup nel file Dashboard .tar.gz. Ma ho ancora lo stesso errore di cui sopra. Sembra che questo backup (file .tar.gz) abbia lo stesso errore, sebbene sia stato ripristinato, il sito Web non è accessibile.

Ho riutilizzato la versione del server Vultr 044/2024 e ho sviluppato i contenuti fino ad ora.
