It is likely this tool cannot handle a JavaScript app like Discourse and expects traditional HTML pages.

no unfortunately not. Because, as you can see in the screenshot, the Google Analytics tag is still ‘alive’ . On other sites you will see that this i fired just ones: Example wordpress site. I clicked several times but still 1 analytics code: [imagen]

I guess I’m missing why you think this is a bug.

A green indicator will show if a valid tag was found.

So all is as it should be no?
