TL4が投稿を編集できない問題

お手伝いいただけると幸いです。
ユーザーにトラストレベル4（TL4）を割り当てたところ、「投稿の編集」オプションが利用できません。しかし、以前の投稿では利用可能であると示唆されていました。
それ以降変更された場合、モデレーターなど以外で「投稿の編集」機能を割り当てる方法はありますか？

TL4ユーザーはデフォルトですべての投稿を編集できるはずです。管理者の設定でtrusted users can edit others（信頼されたユーザーは他のユーザーの投稿を編集できる）という設定があり、これが影響している可能性があります。この設定がオフになっていないか確認する価値があるかもしれません。
