How could I go about making it so that topics that are within a sub-category don’t show up in the main category? I think this looks messy and kinda defeats the purpose of having sub-categories when they still show up in the top level category.
Yeah, this is actually rather weird and messy.
I noticed that on this very board… the plugin section properly separates the subforums… and it has a lot of subforums…
The dev subforum, however, mixes the two.
So obviously there is some code that is capable of making a decision on that somewhere.

Puedes elegir «ninguna» como subcategoría para ver solo los temas en la categoría principal.
Sí, también estaba considerando establecer el valor predeterminado en ninguno.
