こんにちは、いくつかの Discourse フォーラムで、以下のような投稿ハイライト機能が表示されているのを発見しました。これはプラグインやテーマコンポーネントでしょうか？もしそうなら、こちらで公開されていますか？

This is an option known as “add staff color” visible to mods and admins in the settings spanner of a post.

I know what you’re mentioning. However, that’s not what that is to my knowledge. Those from the screenshots are done automatically with the post.

Every person with highlighted text is a staff member so its probably staff coloring.

Can also be done via CSS.
