Search Settings for “topics” - categories topics defaults to 20 and is described as:
Number of topics to show in /categories page. If set to 0, it will automatically try to find a value to keep the two columns symmetrical (categories and topics).

not for the category page I want to do. This setting can be made at sitename.com/latest url ?
That page has infinite scrolling and I don’t think is limited to any set number.
