How do I add labels/tags to categories like the image I provided below? I really want to do this in order to improve the experience of my community.

I’m still not sure what you’re asking – could you post more of the image? Where is that image taken from and which part are you referring to as the label/tag?
The image is of a category, what I want is the colored label below the category text. How would I do that?
