The fixed category positions and fixed category positions on create are in the admin settings. Searching the settings for ‘fixed’ will bring both up: [YourSite]/admin/site_settings/category/all_results?filter=Fixed [Fixed Category Admin Settings] And then the wrench icon on the category view wil…
