I may be vedy noob but how do i confogure chatgpt 3.5 to my bot? Can u please help?

I did the same thing it says not configured. I added the api key but still same
You’ll need to say exactly what you did. What settings did you configure? Where did you get the API key? What did you do when it says “not configured”?
Please see this I have added the API key from openAI
and as per AI settings, chatpgt is confirgured
but when i am sending msgs, its not woorking.
even after puttingt he api key, its not working. how do i get it working?
Without more detail, it’s very hard to say. Do you have any errors in your /logs?

If you give us a detailed step-by-step of what you’ve done to set it up we may be able to spot if you’ve missed a step.
So
I have installed AI on applecommunity.pk
- I enabled: Enable the discourse AI plugin.
- entered ai openai api key
- even given ai gemini api key
- ai helper custom prompts allowed groups : staff
- post ai helper allowed groups: level 4 and staff
- ai bot enabled
- ai bot enabled chat bots: Gemini 1.5pro and chatgpt 3.5
these are the steps i took
Can you explain what you mean as “not working”, can you provide a screenshot of what is not working?
Are you sending PMs to the bot user and not getting any responses?
have you visited applecommunity.pk/logs do you see anything there about issues contacting the API.

So it looks like you need to fix up your account at openai.
