How to create a custom ChatGPT based bot?

I’m planning on making a chatGPT3.5 based bot for a forum i use, that also has a custom prompt. How might i do this without mod/admin, and just as a community member?

Unless the admin was happy to give you an API key and you built a script to use the API …

But then if the admin trusted you that much why bother when you have Chatbot and Discourse AI … just ask the admin nicely to install them.
