On creating a new topic, I can find that we’re able to handle “similar topics”.
Can the same as the screenshot below be achieved? Is there any bot/plug-in that with automatically share these links as a post under the topic so that a user gets notified in-case they skip over this overlay?
This is native functionality - it will happen by default when you have enough content.
There is also functionality to automatically add “suggested topics” below the content of the last post. Again, that happens by default.

In the topic below it is mentioned about a admin UI:
How can I enable the admin UI view in the admin setting? I’m not able to view and then modify the default values. My goal in changing that specific settings is to lower the number of the similar topics during the search, to make it possible the “auto-search-suggestion” for similar topics to start showing up.
