How I can disable chat for moderators?

I’ve how remove all levels but can’t do the same with moderators
I wish to keep this chat only admins has a way?

you cannot deselect moderators. as the setting says, chat is always enabled for admins and moderators (if chat is enabled).

I tried to see if it can be overridden via the Rails console, and it doesn’t look like it can without a plugin?
