That S3 solution should have an Dashboard.

What if I want my co-administrator to have access to backups too?
That’s a question of managing AWS access control to private buckets, which I believe you can find plenty of tutorials on online.

Not quite what you’re asking for, but if you use environment variables in app.yml to configure S3 then you can do a restore from the command line without needing to download the file yourself.
