Well I try to figure out how i set up a Moderator and allow him add a member to a group… Is there a kind of Tutoial for it?

however I believe since the /g/moderators group is automatic I can’t make someone owner. Or did I miss something? Should I just make a new group and put the moderators there?

That’s right. This is expected behaviour. You can’t add a group owner to this group.

If you want owners on the moderators group make a new group as you have said.
