El que aparece en tu avatar es en realidad un destello de avatar y no una insignia. Se configura a nivel de grupo.

@Bank_Live it’s because the flair is the primary group that you are in.
You just wasted seconds of my life that I will never get back with that unnecessary pedantry. 
I find it’s always a stellar idea to correct someone who is helping. I’m pretty sure the point was conveyed well enough to find a solution.
