It looks like you’re in the post wrench menu and not the topic wrench menu. The change timestamp option should be in there.

you need to be an admin on the Discourse Forum to reset-bump-date of a post that opens a topic (OP) if you want to change timestamps of subsequent posts that must be done via CLI

the topic / OP date was found in the topic wrench icon for me, aswell as reset-bump-date

Parece que estás en la llave inglesa posterior y no en el menú de la llave inglesa del tema. La opción de marca de tiempo de cambios debería estar ahí.
