How to change url of a topic to "/topic/id" rather than "/slug/id"

Hello,

My forum is non-English, so each time I make a post, Discourse will convert the title into something weird in the url, like this :
forum.fususu.com/t/fususu-audio-blog-3-cach-h-c-gi-i-t-t-c-m-i-mon/45
(It supposed to be forum.fususu.com/t/fususu-audio-blog-3-cach-hoc-gioi…)

I saw this forum, they could change the url of every topics to only topic/id automatically ?

How can I do that?

And is there any way to make Discourse create nicer slug like wordpress?
ex. “3 cách học giỏi” ==> “3-cach-hoc-gioi” instead of “3-ch-hc-t-gt…”
