He instalado los plugins de discourse y discourse-prometheus, luego agrego la siguiente configuración en prometheus.yaml:

Luego descubrí que el estado del Endpoint correspondiente en prometheus siempre estaba DOWN, y aparecía el registro de error server returned HTTP status 404 Not Found.
El siguiente registro de error sigue apareciendo en shared/standalone/log/rails/production.log:
