Is there a way to disable the bootstrap mode and/or the consequently appearing message:
To make launching your new site easier, you are in bootstrap mode. All new users will be granted trust level 1 and have daily email digest updates enabled. This will be automatically turned off when total user count exceeds 50 users.
Note: I’m using discourse_docker with the tests-passed branch.
Yes, you can find the option to disable bootstrap mode in the Site settings: search for the bootstrap option with the filter box bootstrap mode min users and set the value to 0 to disable it.

デフォルトでは 50 に設定されていますが、この設定を見つけて自分の環境を 30 に変更しました（当フォーラムには 50 人以上のメンバーがいます）… それでも青い警告バーは表示されたままでした。
0 に変更して保存すると、次の通知を受け取りました：
もし他の人にも同様の問題が発生した場合に備えて投稿しました。バナーが消えるまで最大 24 時間かかるようです。
