Thanks but i say i dont have own server, i have classic hosting. (no cloud,)
I thought the installation would take place in the way that I just take the files and drag them to ftp and install.
I can not do more, in which case it is not for me. But the forum looks very nice.
So rent a VPS. Very cheap and easy these days. So much choice.

Discourse ist eine kostenlose Software … aber man braucht Hardware, um sie auszuführen.
Genau wie Minecraft kostenlos ist, obwohl man beim Herunterladen des Spiels keinen kostenlosen PC zum Spielen erhält.

Wovon redest du? Minecraft ist nicht kostenlos.
Und ich habe die Hardware. Ich habe einen PC, auf dem wampserver läuft, das sollte ausreichen. Ich habe Zugriff auf die Kommandozeile und alles auf meinem eigenen PC, von dem aus ich es ausführen möchte.

Ich habe ein paar Änderungen an deinem Beitrag vorgenommen, um ihn besser an unsere Forenrichtlinien anzupassen. 
Du kannst Discourse auf deinem PC installieren, aber nur zu Entwicklungszwecken. Für eine ‘Live’-Produktion benötigst du einen Cloud-Server.
Es gibt ein paar Anleitungen dazu, wenn du eine Suche durchführst.
