Ho un hosting dal mio provider, è possibile un’installazione classica su questo hosting?

I thought the installation would take place in the way that I just take the files and drag them to ftp and install.
I can not do more, in which case it is not for me. But the forum looks very nice.
So rent a VPS. Very cheap and easy these days. So much choice.

Discourse è un software libero… ma hai bisogno dell’hardware su cui eseguirlo.
Proprio come Minecraft è gratuito, anche se non ti viene fornito un PC gratuito per giocarci quando scarichi il gioco.
Anche se offriamo anche hosting gratuito in determinate circostanze:

E ho l’hardware. Ho un PC che esegue wampserver, che dovrebbe essere sufficiente. Ho accesso alla riga di comando e a tutto sul mio PC, che è dove voglio eseguirlo.

Ho apportato un paio di modifiche al tuo post per allinearlo meglio alle nostre linee guida del forum. 
Puoi installare Discourse sul tuo PC, ma solo a scopo di sviluppo. Per una produzione ‘live’ avresti bisogno di un server cloud.
