How to get this text editor feature

Hi, to get this on my forum, i.e., when I click on the new topic the text editor is opening, in its top right corner, this icon (see arrow-marked picture below), we can move right and center on the typing text box. How to achieve this, and what is this called?

I think that’s the GitHub - discourse/composer-peek: A peek-mode for composer on sites using the full screen theme component.

I installed that component and added all the themes on it, but thats not appearing in the composer / or text editor

It works fine for me. Maybe you overlooked the need to use the full-width component.
