Yes, use the invite button on the topic. You must be TL2 to send invites however.

Thanks! What do you mean with TL2? What are the next steps when a user gets a request to answer a question? Does he get an email or what?

Our users get TL2 by default. I’d like to keep the option “invite to answer” only for admins because I’m afraid users will be spamming each other. How can we enable this option from TL3?
