I have a plugin on my discourse that is for a reading event that allows people to track their reading. I want to have a button in our header or on our website that says “Track Reading” and sends people to this tab on their profile. My problem is that, obviously, the URL is specific (like: The Reading Rush), so how do I link to that? What link or workaround would be work to link to this page when people are logged in to their account?

Ah, it automatically shortened my link example! They look like this:
https://[forum].thereadingrush.com/u/[USER]/reading
You can also do
/my/badges
/my/preferences
/my/notifications
and so forth.
