Well, that’s why there is a site setting to enable or disable this feature. So each community manager can decide for himself whether he wants it.

No, I think what he’s saying is that there must be UI visible to the user that clearly identifies the reply as “Not Yet Approved”. So I suggest adding this to the post somehow.

For us the opposite is an explicit requirement – i.e. to make it not obvious to the user that his post is awaiting moderation. So, what do we do?
