I found a java script with a falling snow effect, and I was wondering, is it possible to put this script in the theme? I tried to insert where I put CSS, but the site bugged lol, is there another place I can insert it or does discourse not accept these types of scripts?

Can you insert any kind of javascript code in the head? And when there is HTML code combined with CSS, do I put it in normal CSS or combined CSS???
