when I put the header at the bottom of the site (in Mobile mode) it appears in different psocials for different cell phones, in some cell phones it appears higher, others more to the side, others further down and so on

i think my title got messed up i mean how to turn header into footer on mobile, and leave this “footer” the same on all screens
