You can do that by re-running the set-up wizard if you want a preview of what options are available ([YourSite]/wizard). The Homepage one is on the /wizard/steps/styling step.
Or you can reorder the pages by using the top menu admin setting:
And put the one you want as the homepage as the first one, and add any others after in the order you want.
