How to set the level of all registrations (users without verified email) to Trust Level 0
Trust level 1 for users with verified email?

Be careful with changing this - it’s supposed to help you kick start your community by giving your first users more power to do stuff.

I don’t think it is easy to change trust levels to work like this.
Usually all users have to verify their email before they can participate in the forum.
And all users start at trust level 0^[1]. It usually does not take long to reach trust level 1. Why do you want some users to start at trust level 1?
