Ideia: Rejeitar motivo do tópico

For heavy moderated instances like mine, where we vet new members for a few days/weeks, a reject reason box that sends a notification to the topic starter would be great. Currently, if a topic/post gets rejected under the moderation period, a user doesn’t have a clue why. 8 out of 10 times he will try the same post over and over again, thinking it’s a bug. It would be awesome if there was a box where mods/admins could state why their topic was rejected.

Atualmente, quando rejeitamos um novo tópico, o usuário não sabe se pode melhorar seu tópico ou se deve parar de tentar postá-lo. Isso pode levar a saídas desnecessárias de usuários e temos mais trabalho para criar mensagens privadas manualmente.
