Essentially nothing is anonymous to an admin

An admin has easy access to your email address and IP address, and potentially information about your web browser… so there’s no guarantee of anonymity (which is the case with most websites).

Admins can find the regular user that is associated with an anonymous user by querying the site’s database. There is a Data Explorer query for that here: Finding originating account of anonymous posts - #8 by gerhard. It might be a good idea to add this detail to the Anonymous Mode documentation: Enable and configure anonymous mode. (I don’t have permission to edit that topic.)
