(No longer supported) Import posts from Facebook group into Discourse

I would like to suggest the ability to merge multiple users in Discourse. Occasionally, some people on our hackerspace discourse login with Facebook instead of Google, end up creating two accounts, and posting from both of them. Sometimes, members have changed the e-mail address they use, by creating a new account and continuing to use this.

Is there a way to merge accounts?

Nothing yet that I see, would be good to be able to at least bulk change ownership of posts / topics like mentioned in that topic. So far there isn’t an easy way to do this that I see.

Has anyone in this thread figured out a workable bulk change ownership function? The Facebook group I imported dates back almost 3 years and some users have thousands of posts. Merging the FB group with the existing Discourse (imported from pre-existing bbPress, and added to subsequently) is rather cumbersome without a way to do this.
