Inhibiting email sent when suspending a user

Hi,

Is an email sent to a suspended user, informing them of the suspension?

If so, is there a way to prevent this?

As I recall needing to suspend a user recently you have the option to email them a reason, so I doubt they get one unless you select that, maybe set up a test account, those can be useful to have :slightly_smiling_face:

If you leave the Email message portion empty the user will not be emailed.

You can also customize the suspended user messages and descriptions.

Customize → Text → search for suspended
