Inserisci i dettagli degli utenti in un CRM quando un utente si registra su Discourse

Hi all, we’re in the process of setting up a Hubspot CRM to feed the details of every new sign up on our Discourse forum to hubspot. I found a related thread here:

We are using a CRM which already have API for inserting leads. Now as soon as user signup on discourse I want to call CRM’s insert lead API and want to insert user details like Name, Email and custom fields into CRM, please suggest how can I do this? Thanks

So I did a quick search and came across a Zapier integration for Discourse and Hubspot: Discourse HubSpot Integration - Quick Connect - Zapier

However, the Discourse trigger only seems to be for a new post.

I logged into Discourse and under the webhooks section found the user event, which I think can trigger the webhook when a user account is created.

I feel like I’m stuck here and would appreciate any support on how to move forward. Can I still use that existing Discourse-Hubspot zap?

Il Zap predefinito per Discourse non funzionerà in questo caso. Dovresti però riuscire a farlo funzionare utilizzando un trigger webhook di Zapier. Consulta Create a Salesforce lead via Zapier when a user signs up on Discourse per i dettagli su come configurarlo con Salesforce. Credo che l’integrazione delle iscrizioni con Hubspot CRM possa funzionare con una configurazione simile.
