Instagram Login? Possible/Done?

Is this still just a recommendation, or have they actually disabled the API? If it’s completely disabled, we should remove the functionality from Discourse core.

Remove enable instagram logins since it's not relevant anymore?

From what I understand, Instagram login can’t be achieved anymore and has been replaced by Facebook logins. The related settings in Discourse should be then removed unless they have other use (like twitter rich embed) enable instagram logins instagram consumer key instagram consumer secret
