We still need these features to analyze the failures:

  1. Instructions on how to use the Data Explorer to see push notification history.
  2. On-device logs, such that we can extract those logs and correlate them with server-side logs.
    The logs should include the timestamps of all push events, including the full payload, as well as Notification.permission status
  3. “Send a test notification” button that queues up a notification for N minutes/hours in the future.
